Neil deGrasse Tyson is a contemporary astrophysicist, cosmologist, author, and television host. He is best known for starring in numerous television shows explaining the universe in terms of physics. He states, â€Å"During our brief stay on planet Earth, we owe ourselves and our descendants the opportunity to explore — in part because it s fun to do. But there s a far nobler reason.
